At Karol Centre, German is taught using modern, interactive methods, tailored to each student’s level and individual needs. Our goal is the smooth and effective development of all language skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing — within a pleasant and supportive learning environment.
We consistently prepare our students for official German language certifications, such as the Goethe-Zertifikat and ÖSD, ensuring both a deep knowledge of the language and confidence in examinations.
Levels A1–A2
At A1–A2 levels, students gradually build a solid foundation in German through experiential and interactive teaching. Learning takes place in a friendly, supportive environment that encourages participation and fosters confidence in communication.
Using modern printed and digital materials, students develop all four key language skills — speaking, listening, reading, and writing. They become familiar with basic vocabulary and grammatical structures and gradually move on to more complex language forms, enriching their expression.
Through practical activities, discussions, and listening exercises, students learn to communicate clearly and naturally in everyday situations. The focus is on comprehensive language development and preparation for initial certification levels, emphasising understanding, communication, and the natural use of the language.
Certification Levels B1–C2
From B1 upwards, students at Karol Centre deepen their knowledge of German and develop advanced communication skills, gaining fluency and naturalness in speech. Teaching is based on modern materials, real-life thematic content, and exam simulations, ensuring every student is fully familiar with the requirements of official certifications.
At B1–B2 levels, students strengthen their use of complex structures, vocabulary, and fluency in both everyday and professional contexts.
At C1–C2 levels, teaching focuses on high-level comprehension and production, critical thinking, and the ability to analyse complex topics, fostering precision, autonomy, and mastery of the language.
Preparation for Goethe or ÖSD examinations includes specialised programmes, exam simulations, and continuous assessment, guaranteeing successful results and deep language competence.
The outcome is complete language confidence, equipping students with a valuable skillset for further study, professional life, and international communication.
